4. Subscriptions & Payments

• VIP subscriptions are billed through TikTok Mini in-app purchase
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed

5. Content License

All video content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, redistribute, record, or commercially exploit any content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: circumvent access controls, use automated tools to scrape content, interfere with the service, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on RealShort are owned by RealShort or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
